The electric double‑girder hook bridge crane offers a flexible lifting solution for diverse loads—from raw material coils to finished machine parts. Its two box‑girder main beams support a motorised trolley that carries both a main hoist (high capacity, low speed) and an auxiliary hoist (lower capacity, higher speed). This dual‑hoist arrangement allows operators to use the fast auxiliary hook for light loads, saving cycle time, while reserving the main hook for heavy lifts. The hook itself is forged from alloy steel and features a safety latch to prevent accidental load disengagement.
All motions—bridge travel, trolley travel, and hoist lowering/raising—are driven by AC motors with variable‑frequency drives. These drives enable stepless speed control, ensuring gentle acceleration and precise inching for delicate placement. An electronic overload limiter continuously compares actual load weight against the rated capacity; if the limit is exceeded, the hoist motion is blocked and an audible alarm sounds. Additionally, limit switches at both ends of the runway and on the trolley rail prevent over‑travel.
The control system supports both pendant push‑button and radio remote control, giving the operator flexibility to choose the safest vantage point. A diagnostic display shows fault codes and hour‑meter readings, simplifying preventive maintenance schedules. The crane’s electrical enclosure is IP54 rated for dust and splash protection, making it suitable for most industrial indoor environments. For corrosion‑prone areas, optional galvanised coatings and stainless‑steel hardware are available. With a standard lifting capacity ranging from 5 to 50 tonnes and spans up to 30 metres, this crane model adapts easily to varying workshop layouts. Its robust design and low maintenance requirements ensure decades of dependable service.
