Product Introduction

The LDY type metallurgical electric single beam crane is designed and produced according to JB/T1306-2008 standard, and is used in conjunction with the YHII type electric hoist. The main function is to use intermittent and periodic working methods to timely and quickly complete the displacement of heavy objects required for lifting and transportation in the metallurgical production process through lifting hooks or other lifting devices. It is an important tool and equipment for improving labor productivity in metallurgical and casting sites in modern industrial enterprises.

Manipulation form:

(1) Ground operation: Operators control the flashlight door button on the ground to control the crane for lifting operations. Crane operating speed ≤ 30m/min.

(2) Remote control operation: Operators hold a remote control to control the crane for lifting operations.

Explanation of Metallurgical Electric Single Beam Crane

1. Suitable for working in high-temperature environments;
2. The working level of the whole machine is A5; the lifting mechanism adopts a metallurgical electric hoist with a working level of M6; the operating mechanism has a working level of M5;
3. Equipped with safety brakes; When the first brake is working normally, the safety brake does not work; When the first brake fails or the parts are damaged, causing the heavy object to slide down, the safety brake is used to achieve braking;
4. There are two upward limiters; When one of the limiters fails, the other takes effect to prevent the drum from breaking the steel wire rope;
5. Equipped with a lifting capacity limiter, when the lifting capacity reaches 105% of the rated load, it will sound and light an alarm, cut off the lifting power supply, and stop lifting; Only by reducing the lifting weight can it be lifted, otherwise repeat the above procedure;
6. Equipped with high-temperature insulation protection devices to reduce thermal radiation from heat sources;
7. High temperature resistant cables are used for the cables;
8. The steel wire rope adopts high-temperature steel wire rope;
